Philippine Eagle Center

Philippine Eagle used to be called as Monkey-Eating Eagle. It was later changed upon discovering that they don’t only prey on monkey for food. It was declared as our national bird on 1995.

Mt. Apo | King of the Mountains

Jonnel De Villa 14 comments

Mt. Apo is the highest mountain in the Philippines, having a towering height of 2954 Meter above sea level. It is situated between two provinces – North Cotabato and Davao del Sur. There’s a lot of entry points and trails to use to reach its peak. The most known trail is the Kidapawan trail (tourist trail), but we chose the Sibulan, Sta Cruz trail as we heard this is the trail for mountaineers who prefer to spice up and add an extra thrill to their adventure.
